All the apartments offered by Buenos Aires Rent Aparts are fully furnished and equipped with different details specified in every case. The minimum stay goes from two days to six months.

The reservations could be done in the on line form, by phone (54-11)5258-2333 or directly by mail info@buenosairesrentaparts.com. After the confirmation of 20% deposit on the temporary rent contract, which can be paid in cash at our offices, a wire transfer or credit card payment to our Paypal account (in this case, the client should pay the transfer charges that applied), and the receipt of the passenger’s personal information, in two working days time, the reservation will be effective. In the case of canceling the reservation, the deposit will only be reimbursable, if the cancel is made at least 30 days before the arrival day. In that case, Buenos Aires Rent Aparts will only reimburse 80% of the deposited amount.

The check in or check out time is between 10:00 am and 19:00 pm. If the guest should arrive in a different time, and he would like to enter the apartment, an extra charge of us$20 will be charged. National holydays and Sundays will have an extra charge also.

The staff of Buenos Aires Rent Aparts will receive the guest at the apartment, in the exact date and time arranged. The contract and the inventory will be signed by both parties, the 80% of the bill will be paid in full in the moment and a 50% security deposit will be hold by Buenos Aires Rent Aparts until the check out date. The 80% will have to be paid in cash, and the security deposit could be done in the same way as the reservation or in cash.

The guest will receive the keys of the apartment, and every other important information regarding the services and security of the apartment. The guest will contact Buenos Aires Rent Aparts to arrange a check out time, where the inventory will be check and the security deposit will be returned if the general conditions of the apartment are satisfactory. In the case that something is missing or broken from the apartment, the repair or replacement cost will be held from the security deposit.

Temporary rental can not be differed, if the guest will want to stay longer than stipulated, he should contact the Staff of Buenos Aires Rent Aparts and analyze their options. If the guest would have to leave earlier, the rent money is not reimbursable.

In every case a $25 charge will apply for the cleaning expenses, and another charge of $25 will apply for administrative expenses from Buenos Aires Rent Aparts. This service does not release the guest of his responsibilities to leave the apartment in acceptable cleaning and hygienic conditions.
All the passengers are obligated to show some ID, to reveal their name, passport number and home address for security purposes.
